How do I place an order?

1) This store is only for RLE Employees. If you are a RLE Employee, you can create an account on https://rle.officialbrand.store/ by using your official RLE email address. You will receive an email asking to confirm your account creation. Search for this email even in your spam, promotion or others folder. If you haven't received the email, please write to [email protected] from your RLE account id. We will manually activate your account.

2) Validate your email by logging into your mailbox and activating your account by clicking the link sent to you. Once activated you can login and browse through the range of products.

3) Add your selected products to the shopping cart and update the quantity you want to order.

4) Update your address and contact details, as we will need to deliver your consignment and update you on the order status of the consignment.

5) Initiate your payment through the payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order no. with the status of the order update against your account. If there are problems in making your online payments then call us on +91 8867257359 or write to us on [email protected] from your RLE email address, and we will resolve the issue.

6) You can check your order status against your order ID for tracking till the consignment is delivered to you.

 

What modes of payment does the store support?

The website supports all major Credit cards and Debit cards including Net banking and major digital wallets. The website does not support Cash On Delivery (COD).

 

Is this website open to all general public?

No. This website is only for RLE Employees

 

Are there any limits in purchase?

No. You can purchase any items listed on the website and up to any amount and quantity.

 

Can I get this delivered to any place wherever I want?

We deliver to all Tier I and Tier II cities across India

 

Is it compulsory to login as a User to make a purchase on the website?

Yes. It is compulsory to login using your RLE email address to make a purchase.

 

What is your return policy?

Check our Return Policy on the footer of the website.

 

If unhappy with a purchase. What do I do?

Unhappy with a purchase? Go through our Returns Policy and see if you would want a replacement. If there are any clarifications, do get in touch with us.

How are my items packaged and made tamper proof?

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses so as to avoid any form of damage.

 

I would like additional customization on the product. Is that possible?

Some products have a feature where your name can be customised. If this is applicable on a product, you will see a mention of the same against the product on the website

 

My password is not working/how can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot your Password’ link in the sign-in page. You will receive a link to reset your password on your registered email address.

Estimated Delivery Times to RLE office locations (this excludes customs, duties issues, etc)

Production times vary but tend to take about  5-10 working days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for most orders for shipping. Larger or International orders may be subject to longer shipping or production times.

 

 

Shipping Delays

Every effort will be made to deliver your order in a timely manner, but any delivery date or lead-time specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. Special express deliveries can usually be arranged but will be subject to additional postage charges (e.g. rush print charges and rush shipping charges) which will be charged at current commercial rates. We however, cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to complications with shipping companies, weather, regulations, customs, duties and other situations that may hold up deliveries.

The store default currency is INR, but you can change website currency as per your country currency option available at left top corner of website. So accordingly product price will be changed.
